– 120 g senia rice
– 450 g of cooking broth
– 2 sausages
– 100 g chicken giblets
– 20 g shallot
– 25g red pepper and 25g green pepper
– 80 g crushed tomato
– 4 g smoked paprika
– ½ glass of stale wine
– 25 g cooked chickpeas
– 8 g chopped chives
– Extra virgin olive oil

1. Heat the pot over high heat and add the giblets and cut sausages until the meat releases all the juices.
2. Cut and chop the red pepper and onion. Add the onion and red pepper to the pot with the sausages and giblets.
3. Add the rancid wine to deglaze until the alcohol evaporates and add the Vera paprika.
4. Add the crushed tomato until all the tomato water has evaporated.
5. Put the rice in the pot and stir it.
6. Cut the potato into small cubes and put it in the pot. It is very important that you remember to stir it well.
7. Add a ladle of cooking broth until it evaporates. Subsequently, add more broth for about 15/20 minutes until the rice is cooked.
8. Heat the oven to 200 degrees, take the rice out of the pot and spread it in a tin.
9. Add the cooked chickpeas to the tin and put it in the oven for about 5 minutes.
10. Serve the rice in the can itself with a little rosemary and thyme on top.
