  • 1 quiche dough
  • 1 goat cheese roll
  • 8 ripe figs
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 ml of cream
  • Thyme
  • Honey
  • Fig jam
  • Walnuts
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees with fan.
  2. Cut the figs in half and the goat cheese.
  3. Put the quiche dough in a pan and prick it with a fork.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, mix the eggs, cream, salt, pepper and thyme.
  6. Spread the fig jam over the previously cooked dough.
  7. Place the figs, chopped walnuts and goat cheese on top.
  8. Pour the egg mixture.
  9. Add a little honey to the quiche.
  10. And to finish, cook the quiche in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden.
