This document regulates the conditions governing the use of this Website and the acquisition of products. The User acknowledges that the Website is a virtual showroom and that the platform does not allow automated purchases through a shopping cart.

The activity of Casa Canut Botiga includes the retail sale of high-end decoration items, home accessories, tableware, and gift items, including both avant-garde design pieces and international brands.

  2. ACQUISITION AND RESERVATION PROCESS
    The Website does not have an automated payment gateway or a “shopping cart” system for direct execution. The acquisition process is governed by the following modalities:
  • In-person Purchase (Primary): The User views the products on the Website and visits the physical store located at Av. Carlemany, 107 (Escaldes-Engordany, Andorra) to complete the purchase.
  • Reservation and Inquiry: The User may contact Casa Canut Botiga through the contact form or WhatsApp to check availability, updated prices, or request the reservation of specific products for subsequent collection and payment at the store (Av. Carlemany, 107, Andorra).
  • Sporadic Remote Sales: Exceptionally and under mutual agreement, distance sales may be managed for products suitable for shipping. These will be processed exclusively through a private conversation (WhatsApp or email), where the following will be specifically agreed upon:
    1. Product availability and condition.
    2. Final price and shipping costs.
    3. Payment method.
    4. Delivery time and specific return conditions.

The sale contract will not be considered formalized until Casa Canut Botiga expressly confirms the acceptance of the order and the agreed payment is verified.

  1. AVAILABILITY
    As this is an online catalog linked to a physical store with often exclusive or limited-stock pieces, availability information must be confirmed through the aforementioned contact channels. In the event of a reservation for a product that is ultimately unavailable, Casa Canut Botiga will inform the User as soon as possible.
  2. PRICES AND PAYMENT

  • In physical store: Payments will be made using the methods accepted in the establishment (cash, credit, or debit card).
  • In agreed remote sales: The payment method will be agreed upon in the direct communication and must be confirmed before the product is shipped.
  1. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
    As a general rule, product delivery takes place at the physical store itself. In cases of sporadic remote sales, shipping will be carried out through external transport agencies. Delivery costs and terms will be detailed to the User during the conversation prior to the purchase. The risk of the products is transferred to the User at the time of physical delivery.
  2. TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS
    Since communication is direct and personal (via WhatsApp or contact form), the User may correct any shipping or reservation data at any time during the conversation before the shipment is made or the reservation is formalized.

  5. Remote Purchases (Right of Withdrawal)
    For distance purchases (agreed via WhatsApp/Email), the User has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar daysfrom the receipt of the product, provided the product is not customized or, due to its nature, is not suitable for return.
  • The User must communicate their decision unequivocally.
  • Direct return costs (shipping) shall be borne by the User.
  • The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
  1. Defective Products
    In case of receiving a defective product in a shipped purchase, the User must immediately contact Casa Canut Botiga to manage a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred if the defect is verified.
  2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    Casa Canut Botiga is not responsible for:

  • Misuse or wear and tear of products by the User.
  • Transport delays beyond its control or derived from force majeure.

    Access to the Website is governed by the current regulations of the Principality of Andorra. In the case of distance sales to consumers residing in Spain, Spanish consumer legislation will be considered for user protection, submitting any dispute to the corresponding courts and tribunals according to the applicable legal regulations.
